Use this lane for a beta tester running from ChromeOS Linux or a connected hard drive. Keep the command center portable and tester-owned.
External drive package
The Hayley package should copy to the attached drive, keep generated state out of the handoff bundle, and include scripts to start, verify, and export redacted feedback.
Expected limits
Chromebook hardware may not support the same models as a Windows PC. The setup should scan hardware and choose realistic model options instead of promising full local power.
Feedback path
Shared beta reports should include setup outcome, model recommendation, error code, and tester notes. They should not include tokens, raw memory, or unrestricted local logs.
